Applying for degree programme studies
You can apply to Laurea’s degree studies through joint application or separate applications, or aim towards a degree with Open UAS path studies.
Joint application and separate applications
If you want to study a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at Laurea, you can apply to become a degree student through national joint application processes, or through separate applications offered by Laurea.
Check Laurea’s website to see which degree programmes are available in joint application and apply during the application period in the Studyinfo service.
Laurea organizes separate applications throughout the year for various degree programs. These separate application processes have their own eligibility criteria and selection methods.
You can find more information about application process on Laurea’s website.
Path studies in Laurea Open University of Applied Sciences (Open UAS)
The path studies of Open UAS are an alternative route to becoming a degree student. Laurea offers path studies aimed to a degree at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree level.
- In Bachelor’s degree path studies you study mainly first-year studies for 60 credits, and no previous studies are required for them.
- In Master’s degree path studies you study for 30 credits, and the admissions criteria is a previous degree from a university of applied sciences or other higher education institution.
As a path student you will study in the same group with the degree students or in a separate path student group.
