Registering and logging in to the online store

Registering for studies at Laurea Smart always requires registration. You can register for Laurea Smart by clicking the link “Register” in the upper right corner of the browser or as part of the purchase process. Registration is simple. Enter your email address and password in the open fields.

After that, you will be directed to make a strong identification with a mobile certificate or bank credentials. Strong authentication ensures a safe user experience and that, for example, your credits are also stored in national systems.

After you have made a strong identification, you will receive a message in your e-mail, where you can activate your ID by clicking on the link found there. After activation, registration is complete.

You can register as a business customer by selecting “Go to organization registration” on the registration page. In this case, you do not need to identify yourself strongly. All you have to do is enter your e-mail address, password and confirm the registration by clicking on the link that will be sent to your e-mail.

After registering in the online store, you can log in with your e-mail address and password either from the upper right corner of the browser or as part of the purchase process. If you have problems logging in, first make sure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. If you forget your password, you can order a new one by clicking the “Forgot your password?” button on the login page. In other problem situations, you can contact our customer service.
