Micro-course: The benefits of change management
This micro-course discusses how people (employees) react to change and how they can be psychologically supported in change. The course introduces e.g. Kübler-Ross’s change curve, the permanence of change and the impact of company/organizational culture on change processes and employees’ attitudes towards change are examined.
