Login to the learning platforms: Canvas, Digicampus and Viope
Laurea uses three different digital learning platforms: Canvas, DigiCampus and Viope. The learning platform used in the course is always described in the product information.
Below you can check the instructions for logging into different learning platforms.
- Log in to the Canvas learning platform
- Select “Log in with Laurea’s ID”.
- Enter Laurea’s ID in the format user-name@laurea.fi and enter the password.
You can see the course you have registered for on the Canvas front page and under “Courses”. The workspace of the course studied on the Canvas learning platform opens on the official start day of the course at the latest.
Log in to the DigiCampus learning environment with Laurea student IDs ( username@laurea.fi and password) using HAKA login. As a general rule, each course that is studied in the DigiCampus learning environment has its own link to the workspace and a course key. You will receive a separate message from them after registration.
- Click the given link to the workspace.
- Select “Log in with Haka credentials” as the login method and select Laurea University of Applied Sciences as the University. Enter your username ( username@laurea.fi ) and password in the field reserved for them.
- Enter the course key in the field reserved for it and press the “Add me to the course area” button.
- Now you can start studying the course!
Viope learning environment is mainly used for programming courses.
- Access the Viope learning environment
- Select the Haka login at the bottom left as the login method (haka Login).
- Once you have selected Haka login, follow the system’s instructions. Logging in uses Laurea’s username and the password you choose. Choose Laurea University of Applied Sciences as your university.
- Once you’ve logged in to Viope, scroll down the homepage and select the course you’ve signed up for by clicking on the pencil image on the right. After that, press the arrow that appears in the same place and you will get to the course workspace.
- Now you can start studying the course!
